14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Purchases)¶
If you purchase a NectarPress license and are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we will refund your full payment — no questions asked.
How to request: 1. Email billing@nectardigit.com within 14 days of purchase 2. Subject line: "Refund Request — [last 4 chars of your license key]" 3. We process refunds within 3 Nepal business days (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM NPT)
Refund method: Same channel as original payment (Khalti → Khalti, Bank → Bank transfer to your account).
Note on Khalti refunds: Khalti's refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days after we initiate it.
Pro-Rated Refunds (Accidental Renewals)¶
If your license auto-renews and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a pro-rated refund.
Conditions: - Reported within 7 days of the renewal transaction - License has not been activated on any domain since renewal - Or license was activated but immediately deactivated on the same day
No Refunds¶
Refunds are not available for: - Purchases more than 14 days old (except accidental renewal — see above) - Licenses that have been in active use and are more than 14 days old - Evaluation-mode activations (free, no charge to refund) - Purchases made by an authorized reseller or agency on behalf of a client
License Cancellation (vs. Refund)¶
Cancelling a license is different from requesting a refund: - Cancel: You stop the subscription from auto-renewing. Your license remains active until its current expiry date. No refund. - Refund: You receive your payment back. The license is deactivated immediately.
To cancel auto-renewal: log in to nectardigit.com/account → License → Cancel Renewal.
Enterprise Contracts¶
Enterprise-tier customers who signed a custom contract are subject to the refund terms in that contract, which may differ from this policy. If there is a conflict between this policy and your signed contract, the signed contract governs.
